We are interested in importing wheat flour to Sudan. The flour should meet the following requirements: Improved wheat flour. As the flour will be used for bread making, the practice in Sudanese bakeries is to receive a fully improved flour from the mills. In the bakery only yeast, salt and water are added by the baker. The flour is expected to be treated for volume, crust golden colour and freshness. A typical baking test is shown below Wheat flour Moisture Wheat flour. Gluten index around 85% Ash db 0.58 max.
